My name is Dawid (David)

Heraclitus said that the only constant in life change. The world is rapidly changing. With this in mind, we need to know how to adapt and implement transformation in our life or workplace. From time to time everything and everyone needs an update – to be more effective, productive, and up-to-date. I’m here to help.

My story

I was born in 1994 in a village located in eastern Poland.

I have always been fascinated by science so after high school I moved to Warsaw where I finished Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology.

However, at that time I realized that I would like to teach people and share my knowledge. Due to that, I didn’t work in my engineering specialization but I started looking for a job in training companies. In 2018 I moved to Cracow where I currently live.

I started my professional career in Warsaw where I was responsible for organizing training across Poland. At the same time, I was a workshop leader in the student organization IAESTE. I delivered training to association members in Poland but also at European Conferences.

Then I found myself in one of the biggest corporations in the world with a branch in Cracow. Currently, I’m working as a Scrum Master in the IT Company in Cracow. You can read more about my professional background on my LinkedIn Profile.

MY MISSION

I created this blog because I have a clear vision and goals. I listed them in my personal manifesto:

  1. I’d like to help people, companies, and organizations deliver change.
  2. I wish to work, share my knowledge, and help globally.
  3. I dream that people won’t be afraid of change and will always like to take their life to the next level.
  4. I’d like to redefine personal development and convince as many people as possible that change is possible, no matter what your situation is.
  5. I’d like to share knowledge about Scrum and Agile and to show everyone that it can be used for life’s improvements.
  6. This blog is a place to share knowledge and experience and is open to everyone who would like to speak up.
